The speaker this month will be Gill Rouse on the interesting subject of Business and Workplace disputes – talk or fight?
Gill will explain the fundamental principles of mediation and what typically happens on the day.
Her talk will draw on her experiences of mediating a wide variety of conflicts, including grievances and long term sick cases in the workplace, joint business owners who can’t agree on the future for their company, work colleagues who don’t speak to each other, commercial disputes around unpaid bills and standards of service and conflicts between neighbours.
Commercial disputes and workplace conflict are all too common in these austere times.
Gill Rouse, an experienced workplace and commercial mediator from People & Change, will reveal the mystery of what happens in a mediation and how it can save you the stress and cost of conflict.
She has been running People & Change (www.peopleandchange.co.uk) for almost 10 years and her corporate background includes senior level roles with Sainsbury’s, BT and PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
